Indexing

PaperTrack is designed for the multiple index
fields. No more renaming the file, then setting up folders to
manually search through. PaperTrack uses index fields, as many or as
few as you like. By creating these fields and entering the data, you
create an automatic relationship between documents with the same data
values.
| Search for all the invoices for ABC Corp. or all the invoices for
December for ABC Corp. |
| Search for all the tax records for John Doe, or the 2001 records for
John Doe, or just form 1040 in 2002 for him. |

| Unlimited user definable index fields, format
